We do not replace the Engineer of Record. We don't self-certify system compliance, and we don't substitute for your review and sign-off. Every manual we produce is built to be reviewed and approved by you — not around you.

Document Integrity

All client-provided materials are preserved in their original format, including letterhead, signatures, and engineering stamps. This maintains the traceability your professional standards require and supports long-term building operations and re-issue needs.

Delivery Structure

Manuals are delivered through a structured Google Shared Drive (or Consultant-approved equivalent), including:

• Logical folder hierarchy organized by discipline and system

• Clear navigation structure

• Bookmarked PDF documents where applicable

• Version control on all submitted materials

Printed binder sets, where required, mirror the digital structure with labeled dividers and tabs.
